AIR BOOM RES 60AM SYSTEM

The Air Boom Oil Spill Containment System is an advanced solution designed to effectively prevent and mitigate oil spills in marine environments. Applying boom production technologies: Elastec, Restech,… with its innovative features and durable, flexible, lightweight, portable and easy-to-deploy construction it provides reliable protection against environmental hazards while ensuring ease of deployment and operation.

Made from urethane fabric, the system offers exceptional durability and resistance to harsh marine conditions, ensuring long-term performance and reliability. Using a prominent orange color with high visibility greatly assists mariners and ship operators in avoiding collisions.

The system spans a total of 150 meters, divided into 5 sections of 30 meters each. This modular design allows for flexible deployment and adjustment to suit varying environmental conditions. Each section has a connector height, ensuring stability and secure connection between segments.

Air boom has separate air chambers and each chamber is equipped with a valve.

High-capacity air blowers are available to quickly fill individual air chambers when deployed in water.

Using a roll with hydraulic motor the Air Boom oil spill containment system can be quickly deployed in 15 minutes.

II. AIR BLOWER FAN

Air blower fan is a powerful and efficient solution designed to enhance productivity in various industrial applications. The tool is compactly designed and is easy to move. The pump nozzle length is 3m to help reach a flexible range. The powerful motor ensures stable performance, allowing smooth and efficient operation of oil turning tools in demanding work environments.
The system includes 2 air blower fans to ensure quick deployment in the event of an oil spill.

III. REEL SYSTEM

REEL SYSTEM is the fastest and most efficient means of storing, deploying and retrieving longer-lasting boom rolls.

IV. HYDRAULIC POWER SYSTEM FOR REEL

Restech manufactures a range of hydraulic power units for the operation of boom reels – from 9 to 20 HP. These power units can be manual or electrically started. The size of the boom reel power unit will depend on the size of the reel plus the type and amount of oil spill containment boom the reel is carrying.
