We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. if any of the goods are incorrect please advise us within 24 hours of receiving delivery 

If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable,(once a return request has been advised) please return them within 14 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less a 10% re-stocking fee and any postage costs. Any items not returned in the original packaging will be subject to a charge for repacking

Please note that postage costs are actual costs to send the goods, which may be considerably higher than the standard 20USD charged.
